1. Who we are
This website, shop.bluetteclothing.com, is operated by Bluette Inc., 2701 Swindell Rd, Lakeland, FL 33805 (“Bluette”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or sending us an order, you agree to these terms.
2. How ordering works
Orders placed on this site are order requests. Sending an order does not charge you and does not create a binding sale. After we receive it, we contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm availability, sizes, final price, shipping or pickup, and payment. The sale is complete only when we both confirm it and payment is received.
We may decline or cancel any order request, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. Retail and wholesale prices may differ; wholesale terms are confirmed directly with each customer.
3. Prices and product information
Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping unless stated. Prices shown on the site are subject to confirmation and may change without notice. We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
4. Payment, pickup and shipping
Payment methods, shipping costs and delivery times are agreed when we confirm your order. Orders can be picked up at our Lakeland location or shipped to the address you provide. Florida sales tax applies where required.
5. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
6. Using this site
You agree to give accurate contact information and not to misuse the site, including sending false orders, spam, or anything that interferes with how the site works. The content, photos and designs on this site belong to Bluette Inc. and may not be copied without our permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Bluette Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Quiénes somos. Este sitio lo opera Bluette Inc., 2701 Swindell Rd, Lakeland, FL 33805. Al usar el sitio o enviarnos un pedido, aceptas estos términos.
Cómo funcionan los pedidos. Los pedidos enviados aquí son solicitudes de pedido: no se cobra nada y no son una venta cerrada. Te contactamos por teléfono, WhatsApp o correo para confirmar disponibilidad, tallas, precio final, envío o recojo, y forma de pago. La venta se completa cuando ambos la confirmamos y recibimos el pago. Podemos rechazar o cancelar un pedido, por ejemplo si no hay stock o el precio salió con error. Los precios al por mayor se confirman directamente con cada cliente.
Precios. En dólares, sin impuestos ni envío salvo que se indique, sujetos a confirmación. Los colores pueden variar según la pantalla.
Pago, recojo y envío. Se acuerdan al confirmar tu pedido. Puedes recoger en Lakeland o pedir envío a tu dirección. Se aplica el impuesto de Florida cuando corresponda.
Devoluciones. Según nuestra política de devoluciones.
Uso del sitio. Da datos de contacto reales y no envíes pedidos falsos ni spam. Las fotos y diseños pertenecen a Bluette Inc.
Responsabilidad y ley aplicable. El sitio se ofrece “tal cual”. Nuestra responsabilidad se limita al monto pagado por el pedido. Se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida.
